ADULT CIRCUS CLASSES (Introductory, Intermediate and Advanced)

 

For the curious, the aspiring performers, the x-athletes, or anyone simply needing a fun break from repetitive activities and workdays, the introduction to circus arts is the appropriate starting point in our adult circus arts program. In a short time, you’ll explore various disciplines including the tightrope, hoola hoops, juggling, aerial hoop, silks, trapeze, trampoline, acrobatics and hand balancing. This class will also prepare your body in fitness, flexibility and strength to join one of our advanced classes.
