CIRCUS ARTS, FITNESS AND SPECIALIZED CLASSES
We offer recreational fitness and exceptional physical training to enhance performance in virtually any sport or physical activity. Classes for all age groups run in the evenings and on weekends year round. Day-time and private lessons are available upon request.
We provide Introductory, Intermediate and Advanced classes in the circus arts. We teach a wide range of skills in gymnastics, acrobatics, aerial gymnastics, trampoline as well as various specialized circus disciplines, such as:

Circus Arts Classes
Specialized Classes
There are three levels of classes available for adults: Introductory, Intermediate, Advanced. All classes start with a warm-up. After a warm up, students work in groups on designated skills. Every session is concluded with full body conditioning. This is a great full body workout.
Introductory
-seeking an alternative full body workout
-working on strength building (both men and women)
-improving flexibility
-seeking to improve balance, coordination, spatial awareness
-trying out different aerial and ground circus apparatus
Intermediate
-building up to performance
-trying out different aerial and ground circus apparatus
-developing new skills
Advanced
-experienced performers working on new skills
-perfecting their performance
-help with choreographing routine / act
