AERIAL YOGA CLASSES (Intermediate and Advanced)
This class focuses on core conditioning, flexibility, strength & body awareness. Execute aerial skills tricks in colaboration with dance. Learn moves and tricks and create beautiful sequences.
We welcome new students with an intermediate level of fitness.
Please wear clothing that covers your body, especially your bakc and knees
Long hair should be pulled back.
NO jewelry, belts, or clothing with zippers allowed.
DO NOT use lotions prior to the class.
