HAND BALANCING CLASSES (Intermediate and Advanced)
The hand balancing a combination acrobatics, balancing and gymnastics skills, Flexibility and strength training are also incorporated into every class to maintain the body in good condition and help develop professional hand balancing technique. Learn how to do handstands from professional athletes and circus performers.
Previous experience in a related activity/sport or participation in our Introductory Circus Arts Class is required.
