AERIAL SILKS CLASSES (Intermediate and Advanced)

 

Join our aerial silks class and get a taste of the circus life or see how you can enhance your existing skill set. 

All levels of ability and experience are welcome. 

We will focus on Aerial Silks, functional strength training, flexibility, and overall body toning and conditioning.
